We offer Free Tracked Delivery on orders above £45+ 

We also offer two tracked delivery options below that based on the type of product:

Orders above £45+

• Free Standard Delivery - Tracked - Sent out via a 2-day tracked service and will be delivered within 2-3 working days of order.
  
  

Orders below £45-

• Standard Shipping - (£2.99): These will be sent via a 2-day tracked service and will be delivered within 2-3 working days of order.
  
  
• Next Day Shipping - (£5.99): These will be sent via a next day tracked delivery service and will delivered the next day working day (if ordered before 2pm)
  
  

Returns

• Returns: As we are confident in the quality of our items, and to ensure complete customer satisfaction we offer a 45-day return period.

Shipping details will be highlighted in your cart. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

*(Please note anything above 5kg will incur a £2 fee)

Also note that for larger items, sometimes they are dispatched directly from our brand partner and will arrive within 3-5days. We are fully liable for these items and have an agreement in place to use their warehouse facility for larger stock.

Additional Information

If you specifically request an area for your order to be left safe at, if not in, or for any other reason, we will not be liable for non-delivery. We will obtain proof of postage but as the 'standard delivery' parcel will not be signed for we will not obtain proof of delivery and will be unable to assist in any claim.

Most orders are dispatched the same day (if received before 2pm), but in busy periods we strive to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
