45-day return policy
We remain confident in the quality of the items and brands that we sell, however if something has been missed or damaged in transport, we offer a 45-day return policy for any product you have received that is either faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately.
Once you’ve received confirmation from our team to return your order, please return in the original packaging and we will send out the replacement item/s, or refund the cost of the order and the return delivery charge.
If you want to return the items for any other reason, we will only consider a return within 14 days, items must be returned unopened in a pristine, sealable condition in its original packaging. This means unused and any seals are intact. If we feel that the product/s may have been used then we will be unable to provide you with a refund.
Please contact our team for support and provide the shipping invoice or order details (order number, name and postcode) to confirm any returns, please also include this in the return packaging to help us identify your return and process faster.
