Make sure you create and login to your account to enable you to use Klarna at checkout -

Once logged in and at checkout, select Klarna as payment option, complete the rest of the details and click 'Pay Now'

Klarna checkout will then open for you to complete your order.

Yes! All our toys meet rigorous safety standards and are tested to ensure they are non-toxic, durable, and safe for children of all ages - the safe age will also be displayed in the description

Each toy comes with care instructions. Wooden toys can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, while soft toys are machine washable unless otherwise specified

In the rare event that a toy arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order. Please reach out to us immediately! If it has been longer than 4 hours, your order will likely have been processed.

We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer free returns for 45-days on any items that are damaged or faulty. We offer 14 days for returns of any other reasons. Items must be unopened, in pristine condition with all tags attached. See our return policy for more.
